This study examines the benefits of a flattened structural hierarchy within public and private organizations. It discusses issues of personal and corporate leadership and provides a framework for gaining many or all of the benefits and advantages without changing the structure of the organization. This process of thinking adopts project structures that place every person who affects the delivery of a project or the organizational objectives in any way, under the task leader or project manager, regardless of where such persons stand within the organizational structure.
